Sweatshirt jacket

We will be transforming a regular sweatshirt into a light weight jacket for those cool days. We will be using the techniques we have learned in the past few months and adding some new quilting blocks to jazz it up. Like the idea of prairie points but not the tedious task of making each one independently? No worries. We have an easy way to do the points. Maybe you would like it on the bottom of your jacket or the edge of a pocket. This is your jacket to be designed by you.. Join us in the Meeting Room for lots of laughs and fun. We have sewing machines for you to use, just let us know you will need one that night. Bring your sweatshirt - one size larger than what you normally wear, thread, scissors, scraps of fabric for different blocks, beads, buttons, etc. This will be a work in progress - not finished in one sitting.
